PURCHASE CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the § 1829 par. 1 of the Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of anyproduct within fourteen (14) days from receiving the product.

The only requirement is that the product is unused = unpacked.

The procedure in these cases is very simple:

1) send and email to info@crystalindo.com with a filled-in  "Purchase contract withdrawal" form attached,

2) mail the product back to us,

3) after receiving the product, we will issue a credit note for you and wire you the money.

COMPLAINTS

In case of a complaint, send a filled-in Complaint form together with the claimed product.
